Customer perception is critical for the hospitality industry, and customers are becoming more demanding every day. Unfortunately, there is no organized information that the hospitality industry has on customer perceptions over time, or specific attributes of the product / service that customer like / do not like.
The Prism engine allows a deep dive into customer perception at an attribute level (e.g., service, location, price, room, food, etc.) while allowing for a time series to be built on how the perception has changed. It also allows real time benchmarking with competition on the attributes, in a very transparent manner.
